The story was great, and Robert Downey Jr. was a pitch perfect Tony Stark. I guess it's a good thing they didn't use The Mandarin, although I liked the subtle nod to The Ten Rings. That might come back in a sequel. And the suit! Holy crap, it was amazing! Not everyone would have been brave enough to build a practical suit, but it made the movie for me. Having the face plate come up and being able to see Stark in the suit just sold me on the whole deal. Not to mention the transition from practical to digital was seamless. Sometimes I couldn't tell which was which. My wife saw it with me, and afterwards she said, "So what's your favorite comic book movie?" And I told her, "Right now, it's Iron Man." It's that good.
I can't wait to see where these movies will go under the Marvel Films banner. We'll see when the Hulk comes out, I guess. They're already saying we'll see an Avengers movie by 2011. Assemble!!

have you considered marketing it?
